Why you’ll love this apple pie parfait

  • 18g protein per serving — a dessert that keeps you full
  • Only 10g net carbs and 280 calories per serving
  • Warm cinnamon apples + cool creamy cheesecake in every layer
  • Ready in 15 minutes, with no baking at all
  • Sugar-free caramel and crumble on top, just like the photo
  • Easy to meal-prep in individual glasses

Health notes

  • Greek yogurt & protein: The creamy base is built for protein, not just cream.
  • Apples: Cooked with cinnamon and sugar-free sweetener — all the pie flavour, no sugar.
  • Almond flour crumble: Buttery crunch without flour or added sugar.
  • Cinnamon: Makes the whole dessert taste sweeter without sweetener overload.
  • Portion built in: Individual glasses keep servings exactly as counted.

Key element — cool the apples before layering

Cook the apples just until tender, then let them cool for at least 5 minutes. Hot apples melt the cheesecake filling on contact, the layers slide together and the crumble goes soggy.

Ingredients

Cinnamon apples

  • 2 medium apples, peeled and diced small
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar-free sweetener
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Pinch of salt

Cheesecake filling

  • 4 oz light cream cheese, softened
  • 1½ cups plain Greek yogurt (0–2%)
  • 1 scoop (30g) vanilla protein powder
  • 3 Tbsp powdered sugar-free sweetener, to taste
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Crumble & topping

  • ½ cup almond flour
  • 1 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 Tbsp sugar-free sweetener
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • Sugar-free caramel sauce, for drizzling
  • 2 Tbsp sugar-free white chocolate chips (optional)

Swaps

  • No protein powder: Swap for extra Greek yogurt — protein drops, so count it as a lighter dessert.
  • Pears: Diced pears work exactly like the apples with the same spices.
  • Nut-free crumble: Use crushed sugar-free cookies instead of almond flour.
  • Extra tang: Stir 1 tsp lemon zest into the filling.

Instructions

Pro tips

  • Dice the apples small — big chunks break up the layers.
  • Soften the cream cheese first, or the filling will be lumpy.
  • Cool apples = clean layers. Never layer them hot.
  • A piping bag or zip bag with the corner cut makes the filling layers neat.
  • Add the final crumble just before serving to keep it crunchy.
