Instructions
| 1 | Blend. Blend the frozen base, yogurt, protein powder, almond flour, sweetener, almond butter, vanilla, and salt until smooth and thick. Add a spoon of almond milk only if it will not blend. |
| 2 | Chips. Stir in the sugar-free chips by hand. Do not blend them. |
| 3 | Set. Freeze 5 minutes if you want a firmer scoop. It is soft-serve right away, like the cup. |
| 4 | Serve. Scoop into 4 cups. This batch makes 4 servings. |
Pro tips
- Frozen cauliflower disappears in the blend. A raw floret will not.
- A thick blend scoops. A thin one is a shake. Add a spoon of yogurt if it runs.
- Regular chocolate chips or a wheat dough is not in these numbers.
- Stir the chips in last so they stay whole.
- Macros are per serving, 4 from this batch.
